Title: Eygo 27" VGA Monitor issues (Pics inside)

Hi, this monitor worked great in my cabinet with my old mame pc which has since died. When I hook it up to my new mame pc that I set up, I get this (see pic). the dell boot screen shows fine. Running win7 in a Dell E510 using the internal VGA port. I am having people over for NYE and need to get this sorted. Can anyone help?
