Title: Need help setting up my Mame PC

I would like to hire someone to setup and configure my PC to work with Maximus Arcade, MAME (and a couple other emulators), and an X-Arcade tankstick w/ trackball.  I have a nice cabinet built and am anxious to get things working.  I also have my own ROMs.  Getting everything configured properly is beyond my skill level, but I am anxious to play the classic games.
