My friend and I just built up a new PC to upgrade the one in my MAME cabinet. Replaced the old Arcade VGA3000 with the newer Arcade VGA5000. In Windows running under the new VGA5000, the monitor is set to 800x600, with the generic Non-PNP monitor driver set to 30Hz Interlaced, the only option available, however the WD9410 reports it's running at FH: 16khz, FV: 52.0hz. Is this correct? This setting is too hard on our eyes, and I'd like it to be what it was before, 60hz Interlaced. The old PC running the VGA3000 allowed me to select 60hz, and the monitor would show it was running at FH:37.8 khz, FV:60.1 Hz.
Why am I only seeing the 30hz option on the new setup running the VGA5000? Is there a monitor driver I should be using for my WD9410, or is the Windows Generic Non-Pnp monitor driver sufficient?
Thanks for any help!

This was all caused by something I loathe, UAD. Thanks to UAD, the trisync utility didn't initially run in administrator mode, so the changes it makes never took hold. After running trisync as administrator, hitting the 15-38khz for my monitor, and rebooting, the 60hz option was then unlocked and available. Maybe this will help someone else someday.
