Title: Is it possible to convert 19" chassis to 25"

Alot of chassis' came in a couple of flavors, i.e. one being made for a 25" tube and the other for a 19".  is it possible to use a 19" chassis with 25" tube?  What parts would need to be adjusted/swapped to make this happen?  is it even feasible?
