Could someone tell me what the original frequency and resolution was of arcade machines?

Was it 15Hz and 600x400?

I'm confused! :P

Dude, thats like asking what color were men's pants in 1982??  We need ALOT more info before you'll get an answer--wouldn't hurt to do some reading as well.
