Title: Adding custom bezel/instruction card

Noob here using Mala and Mame32 in a custom vertical cab, I'm using a wide screen monitor and  had an idea if adding a custom control map instructions for each game to bottom of screen to make ratio closer to correct.

I had idea of a custom bezel, but not sure how to make custom bezels and a bezel that is only at bottom of screen.
