Hello I have posted before needing help with another problem so I decided to get another pc and try again. I have a intel core 2 quad with what I believe is a hd 2600 running windows 7 64 bit fresh install. I can change it to 32 bit if need be. But here is the problem I uninstall the windows driver run the setup with admin rights installs driver then i don't restart yet i check the soccer then it says its a 2600 xt so what is going on here? Thanks in advance

So the driver works? Just a naming issue?
(if you want to know your card model for sure, check its hardware pci identifier inside the device manager)

Well it installs but my arcade monitor does not sync up correctly still I am thinking I have the wrong card after all. But I will check later on today in device manager
