Title: Changing windows 7 "welcome" and "shutting down" splashscreens ?

I used win7bootupdate to change my boot and resume animations, but then right after the boot animation it flashes the bright blue windows 7 "welcome" screen for a second before Im on the desktop and have the desktop set to just a black background.

Also when I push my cabs power button to shut down- windows flashes the same bright blue windows 7 "shutting down" screen for a few seconds.

These two screens along with not being able to delete my recycle bin shortcut from the desktop are breaking the theme.



Any suggestions?  :dunno

nevermind....I think I figured it out using "tweakslogon"
