Strange issue I've been letting go for too long, my TurboTwist 2 Spinner literally turns on my PC. You read correctly, computer is off and if I touch the spinner it will turn on, it is very sensitive and will happen even if I move my bartop (PC inside). I checked BIOS options and disabled any "allow mouse to wake computer" type settings. Any ideas?

I believe there is options in Windows itself that can control this, not just the BIOS. Quick Google brings up this option to check:
Here's the option you need in Win 7
Start -> Control Panel
Click Mouse
Select Hardware tab
Click Properties
Click Change Settings
Select Power Management tab
Select or Unselect "Allow this device to wake the computer"
Also, if that doesn't work, just keep Googling "Allow this device to wake computer (insert OS here)", seems to be quite a few hits for it.
EDIT: ---steaming pile of meadow muffin---...just noticed I Googled "wake", not "power", sorry.
This should work better...try this: http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/desktop-pc/how-stop-mouse-movement-starting-up-your-pc-3333164/ (http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/desktop-pc/how-stop-mouse-movement-starting-up-your-pc-3333164/)

Any tricks for setting Usb ports to not supply power when off? I have. a Usb light that I want off when the computer is off.

Finally figured it out! Ended up being some obscure setting in the BIOS. Deep sleep had to be enabled. Ugh, glad that's over.
