Title: Dreamcast to Arcade monitor?????

I was wondering if it is possible to hook up a Dreamcast to an arcade monitor?  Is there a convertor that I can buy or is there a simple way of connecting the two?  

I searched around the net and heard stories that it can be done, but there hasnt been a site that explains the steps to do it.  Just want to know if anyone can help me out.  Thanks
