Post by: pakitt1 on October 06, 2015, 07:30:17 am
He guys...I'm new here ...just registered.... I have built many name and virtual pins... My son is kicking me in the head for a Fix it Felix Jr .... I have done some research on the web and I can't seem to find the software for it...I already ordered the artwork and stuff and I will be using a spare DK cabinet I have in the garage.... Any help finding the best software would be appreciated......or is there a Rom version out that I don't know about....thanks

It's not a ROM, it's a Windows executable. Unfortunately it's against forum policy linking to such.

Thank you for your valuable contributions to this forum.

Anyway, pakitt1, just google "blah blah blah - [hint removed by mod]" and it'll pop up.

Then google "I fixed it felix jr" and go to Howard_Casto's site and download his patch.

This thread : http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=135630.0 (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=135630.0) also has a lot of discussion on the various versions and discusses Howard's wrapper etc. and also has some upgraded sound files for the Disney leaked version which improves things a bit.

PBJ, what part of "no hints" didn't you get?
http://arcadecontrols.com/arcade_message_rules.html (http://arcadecontrols.com/arcade_message_rules.html)
"5. Nothing illegal! Do I even need to explain this one? Need a ROM to repair an arcade board you own? Fine to talk about. Need a ROM to complete your MAME collection? Don't bother to post here. If someone posts such a request, please don't answer it -- no direct answers, no hints, no private messages."

This is Saint's forum.  Please respect his rules.

Fine work, Delusional.  Next I expect you to clean out everything illegal here:

Yeah especially when I had to prod you guys to remove a copyrighted source from the very said executable, linked on this site for months.  It beggars belief.   :lol

Please use the "Report to moderator" link at the bottom of any offending posts and let us know what you think needs to be fixed in that post/thread.

Pointing at an entire forum and saying "clean it up" is not a good way to get results.   ::)

When I became aware of a link like that, I took the necessary steps to clean it up.

IIRC the executable was fairly well hidden in a subdirectory.

Every day I review every new post trying to keep things like that from slipping through, but sometimes they do.  :dunno

Thanks to everyone who reports issues like this with enough details so we can find and fix the issue.
