Hello everybody and firstly I would just like to say how excited I am to be part of this really exciting and growing community. I have been searching for some time now looking for the best way to emulate arcade games on a CRT with the best results.
To cut this short I am looking at installing the software I need to do this. I am just a little confused with what I need to install on my system. I have Win 7 32bit with an ATI Radeon card. I have read through the Arcade controls Wiki and I want to know, do I need to install the Linux based software or can I just use the Win 32 based software.
Sorry I am very new to all this but I trying very hard to understand it all at once.
Thank you to anyone who can point me in the right direction.

Hello,
No Linux is not a requirement.
Did you have a look here already?

Thanks for the speedy reply, yes I have had a look at these pages but I just want to know what order I need to learn how to install what I need on my system. I am not asking for explanations to these processes I will find out myself from post threads. I just need a point in the right direction to get myself going.
For example just a simple list i.e:
1. Install?
2. Install? and so on...
Once I know this I will do all the research and reading to find out what to do.
I am running Win 7 32bit and planning to use my CRT PC monitor.
All or any help would be greatly appreciated.
