Title: CPO keeps coming up

I got a CPO that keeps coming up at the edge.  It's mounted on laminate.  I sanded it first but that was not enough.  What kind of glue can I use?  It's around a curved part so I need something strong.

FYI, contact cement seems to be working

Did you apply properly?  Apply to both sides, allow to dry, then adhere.  It won't come back up after that.
