Well my life has gone to hell and I've been needing some sort of distraction from it and once again I peek at what Coursera has to offer.
I've just enrolled in "Introduction to Game Development" https://www.coursera.org/learn/game-development (https://www.coursera.org/learn/game-development) which is part of a 5 course program. The rest are:
Principles of Game Design
Game Development for Modern Platforms
Business of Games and Entrepreneurship
Game Design and Development Capstone
I believe these are all about a month long and are back to back. Not for absolute beginners, and registration for the first class ends tomorrow. Those who joined me in the C# class are probably alright.

The course I'm taking right now uses Unity 3d, which is great since it's what I already use in my game Ramp and Roll, and upcoming games VOA, One Hot Shot, and Heads Up!

Well I just completed Week 1 by just taking the test and not watching any videos. Since my last Coursera course they have added this stupid "typing style" test and also a picture verification to make sure it's you doing the test. They don't just hand out those free certificates to cheaters. If they want half nude pictures of me with bed head every time I take a test, I should put out a tip jar.

Free certificates? Isn't each course $79 a pop?

You can get a more legit piece of paper if you spend $79, or you can just do it for the heck of it for free.
