Suzo Happ now has a $200 minimum order. What the ---fudgesicle---. :(
-
:dunno
Guess they want to mainly be a distributor for suppliers rather than direct sales to customers -- you might contact one of the other sellers that carry Happ products and see if they can get the products you wanted to order the next time they place an order to restock their supplies.

Right after they stop screwing people on the shipping costs. :lol
Divemaster is a happ reseller and can get anything on Happ's website.
He's a one man operation that ships once a week, so don't expect super fast delivery.

They have always had a minimum, but not as high. It's understandable though. If you spend an hour in customer support for a $50 order, you are essentially paying the customer to take it.
We have a very good relationship with HAPP, and place large orders quite regularly. If there are HAPP parts that folks need on a regular basis, I have no problem adding them to our orders, and putting some on the shelf. Just shoot me an email, and I'll see what I can do to help.

I'll bookmark this for future reference. I also placed some things in my shopping cart from Happ and got the message about $200 minimum. I was like "WTF"??
Found a replacement vendor, but always good to know of more.

Does GGG ship orders totaling $50? The only time I ever need customer support is when I receive a defective order or have issues receiving an order. It seems as though happy traded raping you on shipping to a minimum order plan.

It's a profit scam

Man, selling things for a profit? That is a dastardly scam.

I don't know, the argument that their distributors might have been unhappy with them selling directly to customers makes total sense to me.

I am sure RandyT could come up with a lot of examples of people other than yourself that consume large amounts of his time and in the end don't even buy anything. I'm not defending HAPP (more like defending RandyT) but customer service is a real expense. If you are on any social media with arcade enthusiasts or MAME cabinet builders and see some of the questions that get asked you can see how time consuming servicinf less educated customers can be.

Just want to jump in to say RandyT and GGG is an excellent vender. Just in case any did not already know.

Happ normally sells to route operators and distributors.
However, with the way they've raised their prices so much lately, many operators I know have switched to ordering from either Betson or Competitive Products instead because of much lower prices.

WOW! I ordered a couple things to change a cube hopper from half dollars to tokens from Happ several months ago. Shipping wasn't bad since it was small enough to ship USPS. Sure glad I did it then. This $200 minimum sucks. Kinda disappointed in them.
