Title: Joystick manufacturer

Does any one know who makes these sticks and are they any good?

Right, they're Seimitsu.  You can search the board for other comments about them.  Biggest drawback is you have to unscrew and move the plastic plate to change from 4-way to 8-way.  But they'd probably be good for dedicated 4-way or 8-way sticks.

Based on the restrictor plate, isn't there also a dedicated 2-way on that stick (middle position)?
