Does that monitor have a built in Isolation transformer?

I found out the model number tatung VS-20475 120v-1a 60hz. When I receive the cord and if it works what is the maximum resolution on this monitor.

Got the cable from the seller. Upon turn it on the picture was washed and very blurry and had horizontal green lines on the monitor. I was pretty worry and search online and discover that I need to play with the focus and bright nod on the monitor and it fixed the problem. I tried groovymame and the picture looked good. But I just order slg 3000
so that it would look better.
