Title: Xbox 360 MK arcade stick Mame will not recognize

Just alittle background:  I'm using mGalaxy as I front end (love the simplicity of it) and 2 MK Xbox 360 arcade sticks.  I played around a little bit last night with mgalaxy as well with my arcade sticks I have to Xbox 360 arcade sticks that I plan to use for my controllers and galaxy has no problem recognizing them and I can scroll through my list with the joysticks and the buttons work however when I launch a game into Mame I can't seem to get Mame to recognized the controllers.  Even when I hit tab and try to assign the buttons to the joystick nothing happens. However when I launch mame out of M galaxy mame recognizes them fine. Any thoughts?

Can you post your mame.ini file?

any help would be great here.....Using the newest version of mame (.164) everything works as it should....however my rom set works best with Mame32 and for some reason when launched in Mgalaxy my controllers are not detected.
