I believe this slot cutter bit will do the trick for you...
(Some one please correct me if I'm wrong, as I'm about to order it myself...)

From what I can tell that looks like the right thing.  Most that I have seen only have two wings but I would imagine that 3 wouldnt hurt anything.  Thats also the cheapest I have seen for one yet.  Most places want 25 + shipping.  As soon as I figure out what shank size I need I'm going to place an order.

WOW. Thats a great deal for the cutter and arbor. It appears that they also have free shipping. I wish I had heard of this place before I bought mine 2 weeks ago and spent 25$ +..
