Helped redesign the fight stick for Haruman after building my groomsmen some V1 Fight sticks (http://"http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,143008.0.html"). Part of the deal was he had to send me one for the cost of shipping :)
I cant find the pix of everything glued and clamped so the first pic is of everything glued:

Its powered by a PS360+ which allows me to use it on pretty much any system but I primarily use it on PC and 360. I didnt take any pictures of the guts cause its just a tiny PCB and some wires. Might take some more pix if I get around to it.

So weird seeing non-Japanese parts on a CAVE themed stick. Looks nice though.

lol, I know right?
Built it with the parts on hand, maybe one day I'll "upgrade" to sanwa and seimetsu parts but it does the job for now. Its nice to turn my big desktop monitor 90 degrees and play Crimson Clover with this stick :)
