Title: Daphne Setup Hypersin SUCKS

I've been trying to setup daphne on hyperspin and to say the least its been one pain in the behind.

I have the daphne emu sitting on my desktop which I can't get to work alone... Suck on a message that pops out saying locate directory for files when I'm in daphneloader.

I have got every other emulator to function but this one is just being a big pain. Any help would be great been a long day behind a monitor, hopefully someone can shine some light!

I had this same issue.  I believe my solution was finding the Hyperspin Project and downloading that.  It fixed a lot of problems I was having.

I didn't have an issue setting this up a few years ago. But then again, yotsuya did all the heavy lifting. :cheers:

I know this isn't helpfukl, but I don't really like hyperspin. I don't like the menu being more of an event than the games themselves!

I have Daphne running with HS. I had a little trouble in the beginning, but once I got everything working with Daphneloader, HS was a piece of cake. I am trying to find the tutorial I used, but it was over a year ago, so I can't remember where I got it. I will post it if I find it. If you can't get it working standalone, don't even bother trying to set it up in HS yet. I wish I could remember the steps, but it has been to long. I know it is rather easy to add new games once it is setup.
