....and another issue,
using HLSL I can get a great effect on my secondary marquee monitor (if I show gameplay instead of a marquee), but the exact same image is missing the scanlines on my 1080p TV. I can adjust the sliders for all the scanline settings and they are visible on the LCD computer monitor, but not the tv.
Is there a setting I need to change?
The TV is HDMI and the Monitor is displayport.
