Can't see why not. Just map the R, G, B, H-Sync, V-Sync and ground lines from your chassis to the corresponding VGA pins. Tie the RGB and sync grounds (from the VGA connector) together and you should be fine.

Thanks for the reply. I don't know much about the workings of arcade monitor. Can you provide me with a diagram, tutorial or guide on how to do this?

Will this http://www.ultimarc.com/store/section.php?xSec=11 (http://www.ultimarc.com/store/section.php?xSec=11)  VGA Breakout Cable work? Are these only compatible with arcavga cards only or can I use it with ati cards and groovymame.

The VGA pins aren't going to change between different video cards so, yeah, should work fine. :)

If you're confident with making cables, you could definitely build your own. Otherwise the Ultimarc product should be a good bet.

Do you have a picture of the 6 pin Molex connection? Crimping pins for a header is a little more involved (since you need the right parts and tools) but if you have an existing cable you could splice it and solder the D-Sub connector on the end. Happy to show you how...

Thanks for your willingness to help. I don't have the monitor I just wanted to know if it was possible before I buy it. As soon as I get it, I will update my post.

Maybe just grab a spare vga cable and your multimeter continuity mode. Strip all the wires and use the bag pinout diagram
