Title: 60 in 1 Issue, please help!

I have a converted game that has a 60 in 1 card.  The buttons all work fine in the menu, when I have the menu dipswitch on, but as soon as I turn that switch off and go into game mode, the buttons stop working.

I currently do not have the trackball hooked up, is this the issue?  I can't imagine that it would be, but I am at the end of my rope here.

Suggestions?

coin up , then hit start, then try the buttons/stick

Or set it to Free Play

Correct. Hit start to wake it up so you can browse.
