This is my first arcade build I've worked on.
I'm using a Haruman Mini Pretendo kit
It's powered by a Raspberry Pi running Mame4All.
Here's where I am so far:

I'm working on completely customizing the UI. Here's a WIP shot of the UI. I need to figure out whats causing the overlay to repeat on the right side.

Once the UI is completely finished I will post a video.
As you'll notice in the photo, the player button is sideways. I was working with some pretty tight quarters and was unable to fit everything unless I turned this button on it's side. I have a solid white button coming in the mail. I'm going to eventually but a label for it....or.....something.
What I have left to do:
Fix player button.
Purchase side art.
Mount CP to cab. It's currently attached with velcro.
Use more leds in the marquee lighting.
This is my first build ever so excuse any dumb mistakes on my part.
I can't thank this community enough for being such a wealth of knowledge. Any issue or thought I had while building or planning I just searched the site and sure enough there is always an answer.
More updates to come!

Hehe, this is a crazy cool build. Don't forget to paint the inside edges of that speaker grill ;)

Very cool Homie.

I'd say I'm about 99% done. I decided to sort of mash-up the side art with the original Donkey Kong. It's a little sloppy but for what is really a budget build, I'm pretty happy with it.

I've painted the speaker grill and got the control panel bolted down. It feels very comfortable. I still want to perfect the backlight on the marquee. I bought a little USB led light but it doesn't do enough. I will probably need another.

Sweet looking machine.

Nice! What size monitor do you have? I'm building this kit now and I'm thinking of putting a 17" in there on an angle.

Cool bartop ! If you're ok with it I'd like to post your photos on Bartopmania.
Let me know if it's ok with you ! :applaud:

Long time no post, but I've added a plexi cover to my control panel (Thanks Haruman!), redid the monitor bezel and properly backlit the marquee.

Once I reapply the side art with better adhesive and fix the bottom of the marquee I might just call this project finished.
