Title: changing 15 kHz resolutions in-game - Is this finally possible?
Post by: maiki on July 20, 2015, 02:04:51 pm
I was just wondering. Is it today finally possible to have the real 15 kHz perfect emulation of all those systems that switch resolution on the fly in games? Like Sega Genesis, Sony Playstation etc.

I am really convinced I do not want to run emulators that are not able to output correct 15 kHz modes as the original hardware, and for those systems if there is no emulator that does that, I am willing to use the original consoles instead.

Thank you for your information.

Genesis can be emulated this way using Kega Fusion or MESS part of MAME.

Ootake can do this also.
