Title: ASUS branded ATI RADEON HD4350, 15 khz?

I was giben an ASUS branded ATI RADEON HD4350 GPU video card the EAH4350 SILENT/DI/512MD2(LP) (https://www.asus.com/Graphics-Cards/EAH4350_SILENTDI512MD2LP/) will this work with in Groovy Mame so I could get 15khz out?

I have made my SCART to VGA cable and this is my last step before I start testing TV's.

I'm super excited to do a SCART build. It's great that Groovy Mame exist.

 The only issue is I have only found 14inch TV with SCART here in Dar es Salaam (Tanzania). Hopefully I'll find a 21'' or larger before the movers come. I also ordered a VGA TO SCART RGB 1.6 METERS + SOUND JACK (EUROCONECTOR) for JAMMA ARCADE system (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141494166641) just in case mine doesn't work.

Also make sure to get a DVI-VGA adapter, you're going to need it with this card.
