It never was on KLOV, it was an April Fools 2003 from Nathan Strum of MacMAME.  See the address bar and the disclaimer at the bottom of the page.

I've actually had people email me about the roms (the web link is to my home page for my defender (orig) cabinet.

Nathan's a funny guy.... and that little prank was especially funny to me. Even after he told me he was going to do it, and borrow some of my pics, I almost believed it. I'm amazed at how many people HAVE believed it, when it is SO outrageous.

I'll let him know you enjoyed it.
