Gentlemen,
I have installed all CD's, Full Initialize and it goes through the whole process. I go back into System Setup to confirm the CDs have been initialized and it says Zero. So I process to manually load a few CDs in setup. Got it. Theyre loaded. When I make the selection, the Arm will pick the CD up, put in the CDPRO, spin very slowly off and on for a few seconds, put the CD up and repeat this whole process one more time. I do not hear the "Laser" inside the CDPRO moving back and forth. I think this is my problem. Any advice? No error codes either on the screen. Thank you.
