Title: MaLa crashes when pressing start button more than once

I have a short tune and an image that displays for a couple of seconds when I launch a game from MaLa. If I press the start game button again during this time, it seems to launch another instance of MAME, or something. The end result is MaLa crashes with various error messages.

Anyone else getting this and has a fix?

How have you setup MALA? Can you upload a screenshot?
What error are you getting? Can you upload a screenshot?

To test this, I've done a fresh install of MaLa using the default standard layout. The only things I changed in the config were to specify where my MAME installation is, and use fullscreen start image instead of a window. I don't use any other emulators.

When I rapidly tap the start button a few times to launch a game (a habit some people seem to have when using my cab), the game launches OK but I hear a windows sound. On exiting the game, I get the error messages below, in the order shown.

This only seems to happen when I have a fullscreen start image specified. Seems to be OK when set to windowed.

There's an error message listed near the end of the attached log file but it doesn't give me any clue as to what's causing it.

Can someone confirm they get the same error when using a fullscreen start image, please?

I suppose you are referring about this option. I never had used this option and YES. When I activate this option I get the same errors.

Yes, that's the option. Thanks for confirming it seems to be a bug. Splash looks good but I just have a simple game start splash screen showing controls to exit back to the menu.

Is there any way to set the size of the game start window, or is it hard coded?
