Title: Mala Error: when setting "snap" directory

Hi,

I have Mala 1.7.4.0 for Windows running on a Win7 64bit computer.  I just downloaded all the "snaps' (ie screenshots) and set the directory under: "MAME Config -> Pictures and Videos -> Snap / Title"

When I click OK, I get:  "Unexpected error.  Mala will terminate"

In the mala.exe.log, it says: 

15:40:31.75   Info: Options: OK Clicked. Collecting data
2015/06/20  15:40:31.75   Error: Exception Message: Cannot create file "C:\MAME\Mala\MaLa174\mame.mli". Access is denied, Object Function: SaveInfoPages, Exception Class: EFCreateError, Object Class: TPopupList
2015/06/20  15:40:35.26   Info: Showing taskbar
2015/06/20  15:40:35.27   Error: AppException: Terminating MaLa

Any help would be appreciated.

Note, falling back to MaLa 1.0.5 (loading all the same data files) fixes the problem, so for now, I  will stick with that one.

You might check using the last beta of MALA 1.820.

Have you defined a snaps object in your layout?
