Title: VMMaker not creating video modes with Mame 0.162

Hi

Using either latest official mame binary (0.162) or Groovymame 0.162 on a system running XP x64, VMMaker 1.2b is unable to generate video modes from the extracted .xml.

I had a mame 0.150 binary available on the same machine so tested the video mode creation using it with the same VMMaker configuration and it worked fine. Got 110 video modes vs only 26 when using mame/GM 0.162 binary.

Might be worth mentioning it on the 1st page of the "GroovyMAME 0.162 - SwitchRes v0.015g" sticky. That link mentions the issue 388 posts into the thread.
