Title: DigitalJB freezes up

I've been using DigitalJB as my jukebox in Maximus Arcade. Now I've noticed it freezes everynow and then and the song plays like a broken record. I think I have about several hundred songs in it. (all 80s of course)
I want to ditch it and find something new.
I like the feature of it playing a random song automatically.  I didn't like that I could remove the file path from the list displayed.  No touch screen.  Keyremap would be nice. no need for album art as I'm not hooked to the internet.
Any suggestions? Or any idea why it might be locking up?

I don't wish to use Windows Media Player.

Out of curiosity, why don't you want to use Media Player?

I suppose I could WMP. I already use it in its own menu option with Maximus Arcade and I play video playlists with it.
