Title: Cabinet Controls Height?

So I'm building my 2nd cab ever, and this one is going to be a control panel (Xarcade Tank Stick) mounted on half cab with a wall mounted flatscreen.  (Kind like a golden tee set-up).

Just not sure how tall to build the base the Tank Stick will sit on.  Hopeful there is a standard out there for how all the control panel surface should be off the ground?
