Title: Horizontal Green line, nothing else
Post by: Sarver Systems on May 13, 2015, 10:17:16 am
I've got an arcade monitor (unknown monitor at this time) that displays a bright neon green line across the center.

I know its not much info, but I havent had a chance to dig into it.

Cap kit? Flyback? Other?

depends on if its vertical or horizontal collapse

Its a shooting game, so the monitor would be mounted horizontal.

don't forget to check the retrace cap, and/or degraded solder on the IC   likely a TDA1771

cap is typ 100-330uF/35-50 volt
