Title: mame 0.161 build with highscore patch issue - please help :)

Hello,

I've gotten MAME 0.161 to patch (using the instructions from Mr. Do!) but when I try to run the makemame.bat I get this:

C:\mamesrc>makemame

C:\mamesrc>set path=c:\mingw\mingw64-w64\bin

C:\mamesrc>make -j3
make: *** 3rdparty/genie/build/gmake.windows: No such file or directory. Stop.
make: *** [3rdparty/genie/bin/windows/genie.exe] Error 2
make: *** waiting for unfinished jobs....

BTW 'make.exe' and 'mingw32-make.exe' are in the C:\MinGW\mingw64-w64\bin   folder.

I've gotten mame 0.154 to patch and compile successfully; so I'm really stumped by this output...  :dunno

Has anybody seen this issue? Thanks!
