Ok, so I have Project 64 and roms loaded into Maximus. When I go to launch a game, the screen is like the size of one pixel. All sound is fine, but no video. I have to hit "Alt+Return" each time to get the screen to come up. Not bad right now as I am still using my keyboard, but once I wire up my controls, that's not going to be possible to do. I have explored the Project 64 options, but don't see how to set it to full screen on launch.
Any help?? :dizzy:

There should be an option to set to full screen. Go into your emulator and find resolution options or something like that. If all else fails I have an auto hotkey for alt+return

Could you explain the "auto hot key" option? Is it just another button added to the cabinet? How do you configure that?
Also, there is a full screen setting, but you can only choose it after the rom launches (which of course doesn't help....lol) What's weird, as I currently have all my emus on the original Xbox and works/loads fine.....

I can get more into it on Sunday when I have a chance to go to my cab and look at the emulator. Mine always launches full screen. But as for the auto hotkey I Will also post it for you on Sunday. In maximus preferences under configuration there is an option to launch something before it launches the emulator. You just browse for the auto hotkey file and place it there. What it will do is when you are in the front end and you select an N64 game it will launch the auto hot key as well as the game. The auto hotkey will wait a second as the game is coming on and "press" alt+return.
I use it for my dreamcast nulldc emulator.

Ah, I see what you mean. However, was able to get the roms to load full screen now. Not really sure how I did it, but it works each time. Now my only issue is the speed of my computer as some games are laggy. Luckily, there aren't too many N64 titles I plan on playing on the arcade.
On a side note, what Mame runs well with Maximus? I can hardly get any games to launch, yet they launch outside of Maximus (of course not all, but most). I have downloaded a couple versions already with not much luck. I did notice all my games were in .rar format, but they do show up in the game list, so not sure why they aren't running. Thoughts?

Not sure of the issue. I use mame32 and everything that works outside of maximus works inside of it. I would check your Rom file format and make sure maximus is looking for it. Like .rar.7z or whatever.

Well, the roms show in the game list, and SOME (very few) actually work, but some that work in Mame aren't loading in Maximus. :dunno

Hmm that's odd idk
