Title: Which games run at full speed with scanlines on Pi B and Pi 2?

Is the Pi B able to run CPS 1, 2, 3 and Neo Geo at full speed with sound?
And the Pi 2?

PiPlay has GNGeo emu on it.  It plays Turf Masters and 2020 baseball just fine.
1944: Loop Master is a CPS-2 game, right?  I cannot get it to play at all.
It is advance mame 0.106 so if one can find old documentation on what that supported you would have your answers.
