Title: X-Arcade PCB Question--5v Line Coming Off the Board?
Post by: Venderhain on April 27, 2015, 02:44:12 pm
I'm building a stickless arcade stick using an X-Arcade PCB. I have an SOCD Cleaner that I need to wire between the buttons and the PCB, but the cleaner needs to be connected to a 5v line. Currently, X-Arcade's support is down because they are moving to a new office.  I'm wondering if any of you know where there is a 5v line/wire coming off of the X-Arcade PCB that I could splice?

Thank you.

I wasn't able to find much from an online search. You may need to wait or just bust out the ole multi meter and start poking around.

It looks like a couple of pins on socket J1 may be +5V/Ground... assuming that the X-Arcade's LED is 5V.

Hmm. Thanks. That seems plausible.
