Title: Null DC not saving controls?

I am having major pain getting NULL DC to work with my gamepad.. I go into the controller, configure the keys but when I play the buttons do not work? Its a little older version on a 2TB hyper spin drive.. could hyper spin be calling a file or something making this issue?
