Hello All,
I may be late on this, but I just found out some great news. Suzohapp used to have a $25.00 minimum order rule for all web orders.
I was going to bite the bullet today and order something today and found out 6 months ago they no longer require a $25.00 minimum order, so you can now get small hard to get parts from Happs w/o buting other crap you dont need.
If everyone already knew this, then cool, i've havent bought from them for awhile so this was news to me. And the shipping rates are pretty good, 2-3 day shipping for $5-$6 based on weight.

...until it arrives and you can't get your package until you pay the mystery fee. Let us know how it ends!

I spoke to a rep today, she said that HAPP stopped charging the minimum order fee 6 months ago and that my package would be here on Friday.
I just called back again and she confirmed the minimum order rule is gone. Normally the system would not allow you to order if your merchandise, was under 25.00, however today it let my order go through, and the rep confirmed it was legit.

When you think about it, that might not be a good sign.
If a company is willing to take on the expense of small orders, it might mean they're not getting much business and are getting desperate for any business at all.
It could also mean they improved their internal processing and fulfillment procedure to the point those small orders are now profitable enough to be worth catering to.
We'll find out soon enough I suppose. I don't give a rats ass if they go but I am concerned about the supply chain here. eBay tends to have sketchy crap and I like the peace of mind I can order what I need and get assurances as to the quality. I still need to order the replacement parts for my Gorf sticks.

Well from what they told me, they are doing the EBAY thing, some of those costs are in the inflated shipping.
However in my order they even had discounted shipping rates. So i dunno what they are doing, but i would say get what can while they are testing out this new theory. I rarely bought from happs mainly for that $25.00 reason, i got lit up by 5-10 parts but having to spend more on stuff i didnt need.
So maybe the volume might makeup the difference, paying 5-6 more for inflated shipping beats 25.00 anyday.
I do agree with what your saying though, I hope is not a sign of hey its getting bad out here and it wont be long before we close the doors.
-
Do they tell you what shipping is up front now?
-
Yeah they have a calculate shipping option, and they are offering spring discount rates.

Ooooooooo

Ok Fellas it's confirmed....no minimum order rule is GONE.
Now they still auth your card for double the amount up front, but the remainder will re-credit back, they advise not using your debit card.

Those stupid white clips for the coin door T3 wedge led, and 2 5v cluster leds.
-
Crazy. I have a couple small parts I need to get my hands on. I'll check it out. Thanks!

Saw this on KLOV, worth mentioning in this thread. It's like a total 180!
