I was a sucker for Karate Champ as a kid growing up. I know it isnt an in depth game like SF or MK but it brings back memories. I found one on Craigslist for $250 that is working in a clean cabinet. Can used parts still be sourced for these if something dies? $250 seems like a good deal but I dont know what the less popular games go for.

I'm with you- I'd take Karate Champ over SF and MK any day!
I'd check the joysticks and the screen before I'd buy. I'd say $250 is a good deal if the cabinet needs no work and the joys and screen are fine.

even if the sticks need replaced I wouldnt balk at 250. Loved that game as a kid.

I have a spare WORKING Karate Champ board if you need one as a backup. I pulled it from a working machine and got rid of the ugly cabinet.
