I've been working on my new MAME cabinet for far too long now, and I've run into yet another question.
Its a 2 player cabinet, and I'm using 2 PS360+ encoders. The encoders support "START" "SELECT" and "HOME" (like an XBox 360 controller).
For each player layout on the control panel I was just going to wire up two buttons "start" and "select" (coin in, player start), but I'm wondering if I should mount the 3rd "Home" button.
I know Steam uses it for "big picture" mode, and I found a 3rd party utility for remapping it. But I can't think of what else I might do with it? Any thoughts?

I did find a 3rd party program to map a keyboard input to the "HOME" button. So I guess that's a consideration as well.

FYI, if you don't want to install another button for home, the PS360+ has an alternative Home input by holding Start & Select for 1/3 secs.
