Title: How do I aquire a Quasicade Control Panel?

Currently looking for quasicon/ Quasicade control panel.

Does anyone know of or have any leads that may have one for sale. These things looks to be extinct now days and I could really use one(or just the analog components) to finish my mame Xbox cab.  If not I may have to wait for the KADE+ for analog input - if that isn't out already

I just watched Craigslist and eBay, but it looks like One Switch in the UK and Rowdy Monkeys in the US still deal in them, too.
