Are you referring to the 8-way (http://na.suzohapp.com/all_catalogs/joysticks/50-9980-00) (microswitch) or analog (http://na.suzohapp.com/all_catalogs/joysticks/95-0701-00) (potentiometer) stick?

8-way

analog
(http://na.suzohapp.com/php/thumb.php?src=/images/95/95-0701-00.jpg&x=300&y=300)

The 8-way wires up like any other microswitch joystick to an I-Pac, KeyWiz, KADE, etc.

An analog stick requires an analog encoder (http://newwiki.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?title=Analog_Encoders) like an A-Pac, KADESTICK (see sig), or U-HID.
