Title: ami rowe r92 gripper arm problem

Hi. Curt here just got this  jukebox have pinballs but i cant figure out why the gripper arm is not grabbing record, it sometimes grabbs it and records ends up half cocked on turnt@ble and even ends up in the bottom of case.
Also a good link for me to get a service manual would be appreciated  ..  any info would be great

Hi Curt,

Welcome to the forum.

You will need to remove the gripper bow assembly and fully strip it down and wash in warm soapy water to remove any traces lubrication, Dry off all of the parts and check for any wear or damage and then rebuild.
