Personally, I'd stay away from that type of table (insert in table top). The inserts are a huge pain to keep level, and even shift while working. That's why I went to a solid metal top, router bolts up underneath.

ugghhhhh just bought that one at Lowes yesterday. Nothing at all wrong with the inserts, the best router tables out there use inserts, great because you can easily replace them. You also don't have to worry about warpage in the metal that occurs more on all metal tables. Height adjustment...put some threadlocker on the adjustment screws and the lockdown screws, adjust it so it is flush, tighten the lockdown screws and not a single worry about anything moving.
