Is it just air or is it no longer sticking?

If it is just air, you should be able to squeegee it out. If it is not sticking you'll need some adhesive or a new overlay. I've noticed before that if the overlay is not trimmed correctly, that the t-molding can push is up once it is tapped into place. So, possibly, you might try trimming the edge..?

It's the second problem. I will trim it up a bit and try an adhesive......wood glue maybe? My cp is painted plywood.
