Title: (Resolved) Mame BIOS message issue
Post by: DietCoke on March 12, 2015, 10:37:19 pm
When trying to play "Eggs Playing Chicken" in Mame, the screen switches over to a PC emulator showing a BIOS startup screen.  After a few seconds I get the message "CMOS Checksum Error - Defaults Loaded".  But I can't skip with F1 or go into the BIOS setup even when pressing those keys on the keyboard.  Anyone know how to bypass this?  I'm figuring I'll come across this for other games I just haven't tried yet.

if you press TAB and go to Input (This Game) it'll show you what keys are currently configured. By default I think S is equal to the F1 key.

Thanks for the tip!

Update:  That took care of it!  I marked the post as resolved.  Thanks again!
