I caught this a while ago, really enjoyed these two guys.  They're excitable, would be awesome to hang out with them and get caught up in that hysteria.

Where they was looked like a regular arcade like dave and busters type setup. so they probable turned in the tokens for a prize. Some places in japan have it so you win steel balls then take those around the corner to an unmarked door and sell them for money. its a loop hole around gambling being illegal. least thats how they used to do it.
